Brian Hickey Vice President, Insuractive Brian leads and develops Insuractive’s brands. He brings with him more than a decade of experience in strategic and sales roles at two of the nation’s largest insurance companies. At Insuractive, his passion helps shape the vision of our brands by setting its strategic direction. Outside of the office, Brian loves spending time with his wife and four children, the latter of which are involved in a variety of sports and school activities. Kateri Chamberlain Assistant Vice President, Senior Manager, Insuractive Kateri is a proud mother of two active boys and can be seen cheering them on at various sporting events. In her spare time she enjoys high-energy fitness classes and nice long walks. She’s been with Insuractive for 10 wonderful years, helping agents succeed in their craft while putting clients at ease as they learn to navigate the ins and outs of Medicare. Kateri loves what she does for a living. The level of help and friendly service she provides, makes her part of an agency that people desire to work with. Dan Drennen Director of Sales and Marketing, Travel Insurance Center® Dan switched career paths and entered the insurance industry 22 years ago. He started his career at a brokerage firm in Omaha, Nebraska, where he earned his insurance license. Today, Dan heads up Travel Insurance Center, a travel insurance aggregator that employs a staff with more than 40 years of combined travel insurance experience. With all that experience, rest assured they can answer virtually any travel insurance question. Dan has three kids, including a daughter who is a supervisor in the contracting department of Travel Insurance Center's parent company, Senior Market Sales® (SMS). Dan remarried in 2021, which instantly increased his family by eight grandkids. He enjoys fishing and cooking, and won the company's 2007 chili cook-off. His favorite things to cook are any slow-cooker dishes involving beef, pork, chicken, pasta or veggies. Jerrad Prouty Operations Manager, Insuractive Jerrad joined Insuractive in 2013 as the agency’s training specialist. It’s a role that keeps him busy helping the rest of the team develop their expertise so that they can better help clients meet their insurance needs. Prior to joining Insuractive, Jerrad spent 17 years in the areas of call center management, learning and development, and staff planning, where he consistently created positive customer experiences. When not in the office, you’ll likely find Jerrad riding his 21-speed bike on local trails, or taking a front-row spot in a yoga class. Also, he jumps at opportunities to share a bottle of good red wine with friends. |

Alex Ponce Supervisor, Insuractive Alex has been in the insurance industry since 2013 and with Insuractive since 2020. In prior roles, Alex enjoyed helping clients with all aspects of their Medicare needs, along with training and development of new agents in the Medicare space. He has subsequently found continued success in both these areas at Insuractive. His ongoing passion and commitment was rewarded with a promotion to Producing Sales Supervisor in our home office. When not working, Alex enjoys spending time with his gaggle of girls, which consists of his wife and two daughters. He’s an avid sports fan who passionately cheers on the Atlanta Braves, Atlanta Falcons and Texas Longhorns (yes, while living in Nebraska). He also enjoys golfing, corn hole, board games or any other competitive event. |

Joe Benish Sales ACA Supervisor, Insuractive Joe joined Insuractive in 2018, working directly with our Medicare clients. Joe’s desire and aptitude for learning led to early success connecting with clients about insurance solutions. When Insuractive began offering health insurance to under-65 folks, Joe was a natural fit and was promoted to Producing Supervisor. He now leads the team in offering solutions to the under-65 market. Outside of work, Joe likes to travel, attempts to golf, watches sporting events and smokes meat. |

Megan Christensen Business Data Analyst, Insuractive Megan joined Insuractive in 2017 and started helping clients directly with their prescription drug coverage needs. Now she’s more behind the scenes, finding actionable data insights, preparing reports and supporting her team. When not working, she enjoys spending time with friends and family. Mindy McBrien Supervisor, Insuractive Mindy has more than ten years of experience in helping people develop and refine skills to grow their businesses. For the majority of those years, she managed sales in the Southeast United States for a multi-billion dollar, direct-to-consumer, home goods company. Mindy shifted careers, coming to Insuractive in February, 2022, as a sales supervisor in charge of heading up growth for the Idaho Falls office. She loves to assist clients with their Medicare needs. Plus, she enjoys the opportunity to help agents gain success. At home, you can usually find Mindy cooking up a storm to feed her ever-growing teenage son. Also, cooking such meals, she’s found, is a clever ploy to bring her two adult daughters home for the evening. Mindy likes to do creative things. When not cooking, she reads, listens to audiobooks and takes her two sassy doodle pups on walks. |
